The Office of Strategic Planning and Evaluation uses policy analysis and the planning process to prepare issue briefs and draft strategic plans that address current topics of special interest. The Office is also responsible for assisting agencies in the development and updating of performance measures published in the Technical Appendix budget document and provides representation on the Water Resources Board, the State Properties Committee and other boards as the need arises.
